Oh, for my love of Japanese animation!

One fateful summer afternoon a friend and I, after an afternoon of outside play, took a moment from the sun to relax and watch some television. This is when we stumble upon an animated series that changed my life! At the tender age of 12, I was exposed to everyday teenage girls that, through a bit of cleverly disguised magic, transform into beautiful and powerful young women in sailor uniforms. It was at that moment that Japanese animation entered my life and I never looked back! I am still fervently passionate about Anime. I especially enjoy Shoujo and Horror genres of anime, such as Sailor Moon and Another.

I express my love of Japanese animation in various ways. I watch and own different Anime movies and series, purchase official collectibles from my favorite series, draw fan-art and cosplay my favorite characters! I attend many anime conventions and enjoy being able to meet people with similar interests!

My love of anime has exposed me to a wide variety of things and fueled my interest and adoration for many aspects of Japanese culture. I honestly cannot imagine what my life would have been like without it!
