I survived my first Japanese release and now own the second JSK and headbow of Kumya's Twinkle Cosmetics. I am in love with this release, and I can't wait to share this beautiful design with you!
A video of this unboxing can be seen here on YouTube!
This adorable release by Baby, the Stars Shines Bright features their mascots Kumakumya and Usakumya, clouds, and cosmetics! The chiffon material is very airy and the small glitter in the material shimmers when it catches the light. This design perfect for high tea or other special events!

One-Piece

While I love all of the designs, the second jumperskirt was perfect for me! The extra shirring is perfect for plus-size Lolitas. Both the bust and waist of the second jumperskirt fits a range of sizes.
Bust
79 - 133 cm

Waist
66 - 118 cm / Cummerbund: 66 - 74 cm

The Japanese release went live on September 18th at noon. While my first desired colorway of sax sold out in the first few minutes, I was lucky enough to get my second choice, lavender!

Due to the COVID shipping restrictions, Btssb Japan needed to send my items to the USA store. They would send my order from there. While there was a slight delay, it was still well worth the wait!

Kumya's Twinkle Cosmetics Jumperskirt 2

The chiffon bow at the top of the dress is detachable. Like the rest of the dress, the chiffon is airy and translucent. The chemical lace is simple but soft. The "B" charm is just another gorgeous detail!

The shirring at the torso adjusts to fit a wide range of sizes. As someone who is about 152 cm tall, the torso is that it is fairly short on me. For me, this dress turns into an empire waist. I love how it looks! With the detachable bow and optional cummerbund, there are so many ways to wear this dress!
Picture
Kumakumya, Usakumya, and cosmetics can be seen happily floating on pastel clouds. This print is beautifully detailed. Some elements of this print include clouds, roses, makeup, plush toys, slippers, purses, mirrors, perfume, bubbles, hearts, stars, doilies, windows, keys, and the kumya mascots.

The pastel watercolor used in this print reminds me of the sky before dawn or before sunset.

In this photo, you can see the pretty shimmer of the chiffon.

Each time I stare at this piece, I find something new! I love how many fun activities are happening!

The bottom of the dress features a row of chiffon ruffles. At the base of the dress is a row of some of the cutest chemical lace I have ever seen! Just look at that adorable Usakumya and "Baby" logo!

Rating:

10 / 10
This dress is absolutely stunning! The quality of the material, construction, print art, details, and the fit of the dress is incredible. This dress was well worth the price. It makes me feel like a princess!

Kumya's Twinkle Cosmetics Headbow

Picture
Who can resist a matching headbow, right? The material perfectly matches the dress. The floral lace matches the other lace on the dress. There is wire inside the bow so you can easily position it!
Picture
Another feature of the bow that I love is this chain of glass pearls. The bow looks very elegant with this detail. If you'd like a more casual look for the bow, you can easily detach the chain at any time.

I'm very happy with this headbow! The design and construction is absolutely lovely. The detachable pearl chain and flexible wire are some of my favorite features! I love how large it is, too.

Ordering & Communication

10 / 10
It was surprisingly easy to order from the Japanese website! When the staff reached out to me about my order, the communication was very easy over email. I appreciated that the staff let me know about the shipping issue and presented a way to fix it!

Shipping & Quality

10 / 10
My items were shipped from Japan and were repackaged with care. Everything arrived two months later, as to be expected due to the COVID delays with Japan's shipments and the repackaging.

The quality of my pieces is incredible! Soft to the touch, the chiffon is airy and the print is easy to see. The art of the print is top-notch! Each piece has even stitching, is lined, and a wonderful design.
